Reservations must be made no later than two weeks in advance.
Our facility is available for various celebrations that require a children’s play area, including but not limited to birthday parties, graduations, and end-of-season sports banquets.
A party coordinator will contact you via email or phone at least **one week prior to your event** to discuss party rules and confirm details.
Short Notice Bookings
For parties booked with less than two weeks' notice, please call our front office for approval.
For short-notice bookings, a party coordinator may not be guaranteed. We recommend booking in advance to ensure a dedicated coordinator is assigned to your group. .
Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to your party balance.
The remaining balance must be settled before the event begins on the day of your party.
Party prices are based on room size; prices will not be adjusted if your guest count falls below the minimum.
Final prices do not include taxes or gratuities, with all gratuities going directly to the party staff.
Food and Decorations
We do not provide cakes, candles, or food; however, you are welcome to bring your own. No alcoholic beverages allowed at anytime.
If you need assistance finding these items, we have a preferred vendors list that may offer small discounts, subject to change.
Please note that open flames are not permitted in our facility for safety reasons, except for birthday candles.
Arrival and Clean-up
Our party staff will prepare the area before your arrival and will handle clean-up once your time is up. If additional decorations are being used, please feel free to bring to our facility the day prior to your event and our staff will make sure they are up for you when you arrive.
We suggest you arrive 15 min before your booked birthday time to setting in before your guest arrive.
Staff members will assist your group throughout the duration of the party including but not limited to: assisting with passing out food and drinks, helping organize your guest, etc.
Liability and Rules
All participants must sign our liability waiver to join the party. Guests can fill out their waivers in advance at jjfoxstreehouse.com
Everyone must adhere to the rules outlined on our website, in the birthday agreement, and displayed in our facility. Non-compliance may result in the dismissal of your party.
All participants are required to wear Fox Socks, and no pets (except service animals) or smoking is allowed on the premises. Please refer to our facility rules on our website.
Decorations
You are allowed to bring your own decorations, but they must be placed only in approved areas.
All decorations need prior approval from a member of JJ’s Crew before setting them up in our facility.
