Kim Friday is a proud mother of two boys and the visionary founder of JJ Fox’s Treehouse, LLC. A graduate of the University of Florida, Kim discovered her passion for coaching gymnastics at the young age of 14. Her career quickly advanced, leading her to become Program Director of the gymnastics department at the North Central Florida YMCA. After relocating for family reasons, she joined South Florida Gymnastics, where she rose to Program Director in 2013. Over more than five years in this role, she gained extensive experience in business management, program development, HR, budgeting, customer service, child development, and staff training.
In 2019, Kim chose to dedicate her time to her own children as a stay-at-home mom before transitioning into a new role with Quality Fresca, franchise owner of Moe’s Southwest Grill locations. As Catering Administrator, she oversaw daily operations, logistics, financial management, staff training, and customer communications—further strengthening her leadership and operational expertise.
With over 30 years of combined experience in the recreation and food industries, Kim brings strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for child development to her own business venture. Through JJ Fox’s Treehouse, she is dedicated to creating a safe, imaginative, and family-centered environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Drawing on her deep expertise in recreation and team building, Kim aims to establish JJ Fox’s Treehouse as a leading destination for children’s entertainment and family fun in Bradenton and beyond.
